Lauren Hart is the executive director at Jackson Creek, overseeing and supporting day-to-day operations within the community. With a rich background spanning various facets of senior living, Lauren began her journey as a business office manager in a memory support and assisted living community, gradually transitioning to roles such as human resources director at a skilled nursing facility. However, her passion for hands-on engagement led her to an associate executive director position at a large senior living community, where she honed her skills across multiple departments. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in outdoor activities and enjoys lakeside days, camping hiking, horseback riding, and cheering for her favorite hockey teams. She helps our new employees feel welcome and works closely with residents and their families to understand all the financial aspects of senior living. In her free time, she has her hands full raising six children with her husband in Colorado Springs. Kara Frisbie has a big heart for helping people.
